Send it to the groups you know. Anyone who signs up through it is tied to you for 90 days from their first click.
Get paid monthly
For each referred customer on a paid plan, we pay you 50% of what we keep, every month for 12 months.
The terms, plainly
- 50% of net revenue, where net is the customer's payment minus VAT and card fees.
- 12 months per customer, counted from the day they sign up.
- 90-day link: if someone clicks your link and signs up within 90 days, they are yours. The first partner link they click is the one that counts.
- Free to join, with no minimum and no target.
A worked example
A bowls club you referred signs up to the Community plan at £14 a month. After VAT and card fees we keep about £11.26. Your half is about £5.60 a month, or around £68 over the 12 months. Ten clubs like that is about £56 a month.

Who is this for?+
Web designers, IT volunteers, club-support networks, county associations, accountants who look after charities, and anyone else whose contacts run community groups.
What exactly is “net revenue”?+
What the customer pays, minus the 20% VAT we owe HMRC, minus the card-processing fee (about 1.5% + 20p per payment). You get half of what is left.
When do I get paid?+
Monthly, by bank transfer or PayPal, for the previous month. You can see your running total on your partner dashboard.
What if a customer cancels?+
Payments stop when they stop paying. Nothing is clawed back for months already paid.
What about customers who stay on the free plan?+
They earn nothing, but they are still counted as yours. If they upgrade within 12 months of signing up, you earn from then until the 12 months are up.
Can I refer my own club?+
Yes, as long as the account is under a different email address from your partner email.
Are there any rules?+
Be honest about what Natterio is and what it costs. No spam, no pretending to be us, no paid ads on our brand name. We can pause a partnership that breaks these, and you keep what you have already earned.
