Whiteparish Bike and Pint Club, a real Natterio site

One of the sites Natterio's built — live in about 60 seconds.

Sussex

Sussex scouting is split into two separate Scout Counties: East Sussex, covering Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne, Hastings, Crowborough, Hailsham and Lewes across eight districts, and West Sussex, covering Chichester, Worthing, Crawley, Bognor Regis and East Grinstead across ten districts - there is no single 'Sussex Scouts' organisation.

The problem

Many Scout and Guide groups rely on the county website or a static HTML page. Parents deserve current, accessible information.

Natterio gives your scout or guide group in Sussex a permanent digital home it actually owns — with a real domain, searchable discussions, and content that doesn't disappear after 48 hours in an algorithm.

Frequently asked questions

Can parents easily find the programme and event dates?▾

Yes. The events calendar keeps meeting nights, camps, and badge deadlines in one place instead of a note passed round at pick-up.

Can we publish badge and activity information for each section?▾

Yes — a page per section (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, or Rainbows, Brownies, Guides) covers badge requirements and what to bring.

Is this instead of, or alongside, our county Scout/Guide page?▾

Alongside. Your county or district page stays as it is — Natterio is your own group's website, cross-linked from there.

Is there a free plan for a Scout or Guide group?▾

Yes — the free plan is permanent and needs no card. Starter (£7/mo) adds a custom domain and unlimited pages for forms and notices.

Can we migrate from a static county page or Facebook?▾

Yes. Keep any existing page running while you build your proper home on Natterio, then link across so parents follow over time.

Are we 'East Sussex Scouts' or 'West Sussex Scouts'?▾

There's no single Sussex Scout County - it's split into East Sussex (Brighton and Hove, Eastbourne, Hastings, Lewes) and West Sussex (Chichester, Worthing, Crawley, Bognor Regis), so check the district list for each before naming one on your site.
