Whiteparish Bike and Pint Club, a real Natterio site

One of the sites Natterio's built — live in about 60 seconds.

Sussex

Sussex today has three upper-tier authorities: East Sussex and West Sussex county councils, each with district councils beneath them, and the standalone unitary Brighton and Hove City Council (since 1997). In February 2025 the government approved plans for a directly elected Mayor of Sussex and Brighton and at least three new unitary authorities to replace the existing councils.

The problem

Residents associations spend more time arguing over email threads than actually engaging their community. A proper website changes that.

Natterio gives your residents association in Sussex a permanent digital home it actually owns — with a real domain, searchable discussions, and content that doesn't disappear after 48 hours in an algorithm.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to build a residents association website on Natterio?▾
Natterio generates a complete website for your residents association in about 60 seconds. You then customise it — add photos, events, and your own content. Most clubs are fully live within an afternoon.
Do we need anyone technical on the committee to run the site?▾
No. The AI does the design work up front. After that, adding a news post, event, or photo works like writing an email — there's no code, and nobody needs to be a web designer.
Can we migrate our residents association from Facebook to Natterio?▾
You don't need to delete your Facebook page — keep it running while you build your proper home on Natterio. Link from Facebook to your new site and members will follow over time.
Is Natterio GDPR-compliant for UK residents associations?▾
Yes. Natterio is UK-hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Members can export or delete their data at any time. Privacy policy and cookie consent are built in — not an add-on.
Is there a free plan for a residents association?▾
Yes — the free plan is permanent and needs no card. You get an AI-generated 3-page site (Home, About, Contact) on a Natterio subdomain. Upgrade whenever you're ready: £7/mo (Starter, adds a custom domain and unlimited pages), £14/mo (Community, adds the members forum), or £24/mo (Pro, adds a shop with 0% transaction fees).
Which council structure applies to a residents' association in Sussex?▾
It depends on location: East Sussex or West Sussex county council plus your local district council, or Brighton and Hove City Council directly - though all of these are due to be replaced by at least three new unitary authorities under a Sussex-wide mayoral devolution deal approved in February 2025.
